The call for applications “SENSIBLE CARTOGRAPHY – the documents” is open for the 2024 art residencies promoted by C.A.R.S., Mastronauta’s branch of the contemprary, as part of the AMENO QUADRIBORGO project.
The project plans to generate sensitive reading and storytelling drafted freely by contemporary Italian artists who are invited this year to delve into the historical books of the digitized library of the Franciscan Convent of Mount Mesma, the iconographic materials of the Roberto Castiglioni Archive- CRONACA di AMENO, and the artistic heritage preserved by the Antonio and Carmela Calderara Foundation.
For Artists:
-More than 25 years old
-Of Italian nationality or resident in the country,
-Active professionally in contemporary art practice, with no restrictions on stylistic orientation or media of preference.
