Nitti, like an alchemist, establishes a dialogue between reclaimed stone fragments and the alchemical transformation of metals, creating a harmony of contrasts. Rock jewels become the philosopher’s stone, an elixir of long life, a panacea leading to inner enlightenment. The attainment of knowledge is protected by patinated metal arms which, like garments, emphasize not only the sacredness of nature, but also its extraordinary ability to endure and renew itself with an intensity that transcends time and space.
