Art Gallery Finestreria in Milan is pleased to present the free and open call for the
selection of moving image works (films, documentaries, video art, shorts, videomapping and
more) in the occasion of the third edition of “Visioni Oltre,” a project of screening evenings
organized in the gallery spaces, curated by Claudia Ponzi and Irene Follador.
Visioni Oltre is a project that aims to support and exhibit the work of artists and regists so as
to exchangeably connect audiovisual practices with Milan#39;s artistic and social scene. During
the evenings, the films will be edited into an overall program that will group different
audiovisual products according to certain themes proposed by the curators.
Art Gallery Finestreria is offering its space for the screening and exhibition of the works in
several collective evenings in the period from february to march 2025. Applications are open
to artists with the intention of promoting talent mainly in the Milan area – and therefore we
would be happy to have the presence of authors for the screening evenings – although we do
not exclude the possibility of selecting from other regions and states. In addition, we would
like to emphasize the importance of the collaboration and cooperation of the artists in
publicizing and communicating the evenings together with Art Gallery Finestreria.

Info:
- Applications are open and free.
- No specific subject matter is required to participate in the call.
- Minimum length of a work from 00:01:00 min to a maximum of 00:40:00 min.
- No fee is required to participate and no royalty fee will be paid.
- Italian subtitles are required for videos made in English.
- It is possible to apply to the open call with a maximum of 3 audiovisual products; the artists career and portfolio will be evaluated in addition to the proposed works.
- The choice on the authors by the curators is unappealable.
- We point out that the Art Gallery Finestreria venue is a small studio that can accommodate a maximum of 25 visitors, close to the screening evenings it will be possible to reserve a place through the gallery website.
