Nodi is a sculpture built in the void and around the void. Luisa Elia shapes ceramic as if it were a thinking substance, allowing it to coil around itself in an organic, almost primordial interlacing.
In this work there is no front or back, but a continuous movement—an invitation to walk around it, to lose oneself in the complexity of the gesture. A sculpture that does not close but opens: a knot that does not tighten, but breathes.
